“This place was wonderful in every way.”

The owner does live on site in a completely separate house and he, nor his family bothered us at all & we hope we didn’t disturb them too much either. The housekeeper called me on the day to explain how to turn down the Aga (which is stunning and generates so much heat) but in the end, during a storm it heated the whole house. The master bedroom in particular is beautiful in every way and SO comfy I wanted to steal the duvet! The hot tub is to die for and the views are incredible - I didn’t ...

The master bedroom in particular is beautiful in every way and SO comfy I wanted to steal the duvet! The hot tub is to die for and the views are incredible - I didn’t want to leave! Not to mention the Sonos surround sound music system which I loved, even downloaded the app so I could control it through my phone! The only thing I’d mention is the giant spiders EVERWHERE, we must’ve got rid of about 8! But that can’t be helped somewhere so rural, just take someone who doesn’t mind them with you! Honestly it was the best weekend of my life with my closest friends & I couldn’t have been more impressed with the accommodation. Everyone loved it! Thanks for providing towels for the hot tub and milk for the brews! This place have thought of everything. Best weekend ever!
