We would not hesitate to book a stay here again. The only gripe was that the shower wasn't hot, but best described as tepid. The basin in the bathroom and also the kitchen tap were fine. Unfortunately we did not see the owner before we left to let him know.

It was exceptionally clean and the underfloor heating made a mid-winter visit most comfortable. The owner was very welcoming which created a happy relaxed atmosphere. The location was peaceful and the views were amazing particularly when the snow fell and dressed the landscape. We were between the Lakes and North Yorkshire so had choices for walking and plenty of places to eat out that served good food and were dog friendly. We enjoyed our week and would like to return.
