    Great service from the owners

  • "Copy House Hideaway, Bracken Hut is one of the most beautiful, peaceful, lovely place I've ever stayed."

The hosts, Lisa and Phil were lovely and couldn't do enough for you . The hut itself is wonderful, was amazingly clean, toasty warm and the views stunning. Bed super comfy, lovely biscuits and prosecco in the hut. The hot tub and room it's in is amazing, again, stunning views, lovely, snug and cozy. Very very romantic. Will go again, and again!

  • "We have just returned from staying at bracken hut and it was more than we expected it was a perfect retreat for me and my husband."

It has everything you need in such a small space, we enjoyed cooking together, walking, visiting the beautiful surroundings. We made most of the hot tub as the weather wasn’t great. Lisa and Phil were amazing hosts they never bothered us and was just a phone call away. I highly recommend staying here for a totally relaxing break

Owners very welcoming and a great welcome pack including a chilled bottle of fizz! Lovely views . Hotub a wonderful place to chill listening to tunes on the Alexa. Feels like you are in the middle of nowhere with the added bonus of been able to get a takeaway delivered. I'd recommend the Indian!!! The hut has everything you need. Will definitely return .

  • "Spent Monday to Friday there."

.. was wonderfully peaceful and quite. Saw a a variety of wildlife including a Kestrel, rabbits and what we think was a grouse just looking out of the window. It was also lovely to sit out of a night with the fire pit and gaze at the stars. You can see the plough just by looking up, everything about the surrounding was beautiful. Hot tube was lovely and easy to use and there was somewhere nice to sit if you got too hot (I would recommend getting 2 bags of logs off Liza if you are staying more than a weekend) Bathroom was well kept and clean, included was some lovely toiletries. Plenty of towels for your needs too. There was also a emergency care box in the kitchen that included many thoughtful items that a lady might need. The kitchen had everything that you could need and we used it every night with a meal plan box we brought with us. I have to say that my partner appreciated the nespresso machine ... a lot. Lisa also kindly left us some bread, butter packs, preserves and milk so that we could tea and toast before we unpacked with a cheeky little brownie square. She also kindly left us some beer on ice, ready to put the bathing suits on and get paddling and when we where done some lovely soft robes to snuggle in. The bed was easy to assemble, clean, comfortable and nice warm good quality duvet and pillows. We slept soundly each night. The Braken stayed lovely and warm even when it was blowing a gale outside one day. There was just lots of thoughtful little touches around the place that made the stay. Location was good because even though you are in the peace and quite of the countryside it wasn't far to Skipton and the surrounding areas by car and the roads where good to drive on even though they are narrow. This stay was just what we needed to recuperate after a long and stressful couple of months, I can't recommend them any higher, our stay was awesome.

  • "There’s nothing about this place I can fault."

We absolutely loved our break away, everything was just perfect. The owners are great as well, if you have any questions or queries, they’re always there to answer them. One thing I would say to be mindful of is the storage in the huts as this was our first time here and we over shopped with the food. But everything else is just amazing. We will definitely be back
