The property

Bluebell Studio, in the Forest of Bowland, is a spacious, five star luxury studio that is situated in the heart of Lancashire's picturesque Ribble Valley.

Part of an exclusive development which boasts its own private lake, this first floor apartment has been converted from a 300 year old mill and is suitable for both couples and friends.

A fully equipped kitchen - offering a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, hob and oven - adjoins to the dining area.

Over in the sitting room, a digital LCD TV means you will be fully entertained in the evenings, following a day exploring the great outdoors.

In the bedroom, the king size bed can be converted into two twin beds, offering you great flexibility, and fresh linen and towels will be waiting for you.

When you are ready to explore the site, you will find a stunning communal area featuring a sun deck that leads down to the private lake, as well as private gardens.

The lake boasts wonderful views of the fells of the Forest of Bowland and free fishing is available on production of a license, it has a stock of both carp and brown trout making it an excellent choice for coarse and fly fishing.

There is plenty of parking space and a communal dining and kitchen area, which is perfect for larger groups.

You are just a pleasant one mile walk from Chipping village, which has won awards for its endearing appearance.

This historic location has a church that dates back to the 1400s, as well as a few traditional pubs that offer a tempting pit stop.

For more shopping options, the cities of Manchester and Liverpool are under an hour's drive away, and the seaside resort of Blackpool is also close.

Neither are you far from the Ribble Way, a 70 mile long trail that follows the River Ribble, and a number of other trails for cycling and walking can be found on the perimeter of the Forest of Bowland, where this property is located.
