  • "Just back from Gressingham5."

The view was fabulous, we had fun feeding the wildlife. Lovely spacious lodge, everything you could need inside. Very comfy beds. Great bathrooms/showers. Only fault was the slippy decking, but decking is slippy everywhere.

  • "So glad this was booked before seeing negative reviews as the location is stunning on the lake with amazing views and very peaceful."

Clean, comfortable and spacious. Maybe a bit behind on maintenance and cushions needed for the outdoor seating, nothing to spoil a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Will be rebooking for next year.

  • "Despite advising Sykes holidays within half an hour of our arrival of all of the maintenance issues within the property, no contact was made apart from a cleaner and nothing was done."

I’ve had to email you several times and phone at least six times to get the response that there’s ‘nothing you can do’ and the owner is only prepared to give £100 compensation. Despite her agreeing with the majority of the problems we will not be using you again and will not be recommending you to anybody. I am horrified that you still have this property for Let, it’s dangerous and unclean
