  • “Amazing and beautiful lodge, so cosy and had everything you needed.”

however the owner being outside the lodge before 9.30 when check out is 10.00am and staring at us leaving and the second we got in the car edged forward was very uncomfortable and off putting. Surely she could have waited in the carpark until 10.00am. It just didnt feel right at all. ...

however the owner being outside the lodge before 9.30 when check out is 10.00am and staring at us leaving and the second we got in the car edged forward was very uncomfortable and off putting. Surely she could have waited in the carpark until 10.00am. It just didnt feel right at all. Be warned if you want to eat in the restaurant you have to book, we couldn’t get in due to not booking but was not informed of this information. Wasn’t even allowed takeaway food. Overall beautiful location and stunning lodge. I would return again.
