  • "We had a wonderful week at Loluke!"

We arrived to a gorgeous hamper and a bottle of Prosecco, lovely touch. The lodge was beautiful, comfortable beds, great showers, everything we needed and more. We then had to endure the outside furniture! It was magnificent! We had to compete for the reclining chairs, having to get up at 7am in order to claim one! Thanks Jane for a great lodge and we will certainly be coming back soon John and Lyn x

  • "Anyone staying at this property should be delighted."

The location, in my opinion, is one of the best on the site. It felt very safe and secure. The owners have gone to great lengths to provide a luxury home and they have succeeded. The property is spacious both inside and out. The outside space has high quality garden furniture which is functional and comfortable. Inside quality and comfort continues, the layout of the property is excellent. We wanted to self cater and found the kitchen cupboards and draws well stocked with good quality pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. The bedrooms have a warm decor, a cosy feel to them and the beds possibly the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on whilst away. Overall Jane makes your feel like you are staying at a friends house rather than a holiday rental and this along with her kind and warm approach makes her a first class owner. I have no hesitation is recommending this property and hope one day to return. Thank you so much for a wonderful week.

  • "We have just returned from a weeks holiday at this fantastic property."

The furnishing and decor were first class. The welcome treats were a lovely surprise and the hosts attention to detail on providing them was appreciated by all. The setting of the lodge round the duck pond was fantastic and the kids loved feeding the ducks. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The swimming pool on site was lovely and was enjoyed by all. The hosts were amazing and great communication was given and suggestions of days out that the kids would enjoy. The lodge had everything that was needed to make this an enjoyable holiday and after a day out it was lovely to return to chill on the decking area, 2 beautiful areas to choose from. All the furnishing inside and outside were so comfortable and the beds were amazing. The lodge was immaculate when we arrived and this is by far the best holiday accommodation that we have stayed in. The hosts have thought of everything to ensure it’s enjoyed by all. We will definitely be returning in the future.

  • "The lodge and the owner were absolutely fantastic!"

The southlakeland village was a beautiful place however, to pay £20 to use a swimming pool for 2 adults is ridiculous!

Thank you for your feedback, we are delighted to hear of how much you enjoyed the lodge and what it had to offer. Noting your comment on the cost of the swimming pool, it is a shame you felt the need to score the lodge facilities so low. The facilities onsite our outside of our control and we do not hold any responsibility over the cost of the facilities and it's availability. It is great to hear the owners were able to accommodate your request for a early check in and late check out and we do hope you will return. Property Owner

  • "Loluke Lodge is beautifully spacious and furnished and gives you that wow feeling when you first walk in."

It’s location is very quiet and lovely by the small duck pond. With the two seating options on the large wrap around decking allowed us to catch the sun all day long. It’s ideally located for a short drive into town for shopping or walks. My husband and 3 girls took advantage of the reasonably priced day passes for the swimming, which was only a 4 minute walk away. We really enjoyed a very quite relaxing week at the lodge and we will most definitely return.

  • "Have just returned from a 3 night break and can’t recommend this lodge highly enough."

From making our booking right through to us leaving at the end of our stay there was lots of communication and contact numbers if needed. The lodge itself is of exceptional standard with a completely home from home feel, tastefully decorated with great attention to detail and finishing touches. The location on the site would also be difficult to match, lovely serene lake and lots of decking space to catch the sun into the evening. If you want days out there are lots of places to visit, it’s centrally located with many places within 30 mins to an hour away. We will definitely be returning.

I would definitely recommend for families as plenty to do in the area for kids as well as it's well located for lake District, Lancaster and even Manchester. Overall a great, well kept, tidy place that our family thoroughly enjoyed.
