Hot water was not available all the time, maybe something is wrong with the timer. Cooker is rather old needs replacing. Other minor gripes & niggles. Needs some updating. Overall it was comfortable and spacious for the four of us. Reviewed by AllanNov 2018 "The cottage is in a good location for access to the rest of the Lake District." It is also surprisingly quiet considering it is on the main street of Pooley Bridge. This was not clear from the information about the cottage which seemed to suggest that it was within the Holiday Park. Facilities and accommodation are good but the kitchen carpet is in need of replacement to perhaps laminate flooring which would be easier to keep clean. The large garden was a bonus and we used this a lot.
