The property

A lovely modern semi-detached property perfectly situated on the outskirts of the town of Prestwich, Manchester.

With its light and spacious rooms, this is an ideal house for a large group or family holiday.

This home-from-home property features a tastefully decorated large hallway, a modern galley kitchen with range-oven and separate dining room with large table, making it perfect for entertaining family or friends.

The cosy sitting room, with the comfort of a real fire and Sky TV is a lovely place to relax in the evenings and plan the next day’s wide choice of activities.

There's also a conservatory providing extra space for chilling out on the comfortable large L-shaped sofa.

The three bedrooms offer flexible accommodation whatever the requirements and the bathroom is fully modernised and features a lovely bath for a long soak, or a shower for a more invigorating wake me up!

Outside, there's an enclosed private garden complete with lawn and decking area, making it a great place for an evening’s alfresco dining.

Prestwich is just north of the vibrant city of Manchester.

This urban village provides fine restaurants, wine bars and some great real ale pubs.
