  • "Very dissapointed to be charged an extra £24 for a basic travel cot and highchair for our daughter."

First time we've ever been charged for this. Steep when you consider it's £387 a night already. Apart from that, all good.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We take all feedback on board to ensure our guests have a great experience. Property Owner

About the location

LONG PRESTON

Settle 4 miles; Malham 4 miles; Skipton 12 miles.

Long Preston is an attractive Yorkshire Dales village in Ribblesdale, twelve miles from Skipton (popularly known as the 'Gateway to the Dales'), four miles from Settle. To the north, the landscape rises to the fells, moors and picturesque valleys of the Dales; to the south are the wetlands of the Ribble Valley which, in turn, sweep upward to the magnificent wilderness of Bowland. The village benefits from several large, tree lined, village greens, with footpaths leading direct to the surrounding hills, and it also boasts two excellent pubs with first rate cuisine. The railway station on the edge of the village provides access to the famous Settle-Carlisle Railway line which crosses some of the most beautiful and inspiring upland scenery in the country.
