  • “We found the site a little disappointing in its location and environment.”

There were builders on the next property who were noisy and the facilities for recycling were not clear. The interior was nice though the bedrooms were cramped and storage space limited. The games seemed to be broken. There was very little toilet paper for the number of occupants. ...

There were builders on the next property who were noisy and the facilities for recycling were not clear. The interior was nice though the bedrooms were cramped and storage space limited. The games seemed to be broken. There was very little toilet paper for the number of occupants. Several times large coaches parked in front of the building meaning it was impossible to turn into the narrow bridge and we had to park on the road . The local pub did a 'deal' for two courses at £14.99 but they still charged that price even though the two courses came to £11.50! Very annoying.

Thank you for your feedback. We do appreciate all Customer comments The lodge is one of the larger models and is more spacious than the others on site. The master kingsize bedroom is exceptionally spacious and the twin bedded rooms allow space to move around the beds, and are furnished with 2 bedside cabinets plus a double wardrobe providing hanging space and extra drawers. The cleaner provides 2 toilet rolls in both bathrooms however as the property is self catering, we don't provide supplies for the whole week The location of the Park, right on the shores of Lake Windermere, and a short distance to major tourist locations which is a great location for Customers wanting to explore the area There are bins clearly marked for glass plus large dumpsters for both dry recycling and general waste near the property. Once again, thank you for your comments and taking the time to provide them Property Owner
