  • “The cottage was lovely and nicely furnished, however when we arrived the bank of lights above kettle and microwave where out.”

Then on the Sunday evening none of the lights would come on. Thankfully we had a torch.

Then on the Sunday evening none of the lights would come on. Thankfully we had a torch. It might be helpful to have some sort of rail going up the stairs as I felt stairs a bit steep. We couldn't find a teapot! Also how about a list of contacts, chemist, caretaker etc. Once again I would like to say that the cottage is lovely and in a great location.

Thank you very much for your feedback and reporting the issues upon your departure. I can confirm that the lights have since been fixed. We do have out of hours emergency contact details both on your booking confirmation and in the welcome folder in the property. I am please to say we are adding a teapot to the property also! We look forward to hopefully seeing you again. Property Owner
