I’d just like to report a few things that could have been checked before our stay. This property is absolutely beautiful, but it really needs some TLC. 1 the bulb need replacing in the cottage bedroom 10 and dining room. 2 there are a few loose towel holders in the main house and both cottages 3. The white settee the back rest two are loose and came off. 4 the door to the gym from the party room does not close. 5 the main bedroom bathroom shower not working properly so we had to use the bath shower. 6 bar chairs don’t hold weight and sink to the floor 7 one of the bean bags were already split in the cinema room. 8 my mum and father in law cleaned the cinema room which the chairs were moved and it was very dirty underneath. 9 in the cottage the wardrobe handle came off. 10. Father in law had to clean the hover for it to work properly. 11 the Plummer had to be called out to fix the boiler in the cottage as their was no heating or hot water. Again thank you for your help with the boiler and your speedy response. Mandy and co.
