  • "We had a good break at this lodge."

The place was very clean and well looked after. We all have complex health issues and this was a much needed break. The only minor issue was that because there were too few plates we never got to use the dishwasher and had to wash the dishes by hand as there would never be a full dishwasher load.

  • "Nice lodge could do with a few more items like a roasting tin for the oven and a few more mugs ."

The beds could do with mattress covers to protect them .On one of the double beds the mattress was disgusting with a hole in it and stained and the pillows are horrible all yellow and stained on the same bed not what you expect for the price you pay for this lodge. Never had this in any other places we have stayed in. Only noticed this as a result of stripping the beds when ready to leave.

Thank you for your feedback. Following investigation I can confirm that all the issues you mentioned have been addressed and replaced. I have advised the cleaning company to report any issues immediately.. Feedback is valued, as this is the only way we can keep this lodge looking as good as the day it was brand new. Thank you Property Owner
