  • "The caravan was lovely and spacious."

It had everything that you could possibly need. Lots of sofa space too. The only downside was the cleanliness of the van. The fridge hadn’t been cleaned, it’s had crumbs in all the storage boxes and there was brown water on the shelves. The bathrooms looked like they had quickly been wiped over and some of the towels were dirty or had stains on them. I’m not convinced some of these had been changed from the previous occupant. If it hadn’t of been for this I would have given 5 stars as the caravan itself was nice.

  • "Cherry Tree Lodge (Calgarth 37) supplied everything that was needed for a comfortable stay."

The attention to detail with regards to what might be needed during the stay was excellent. However, we felt that a bit more time was required to bring the lodge up to an excellent standard of cleanliness e.g. the oven needed a good clean, and very dusty behind main bedroom cabinets and bed. This didn't impact on our stay though, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend Cherry Tree lodge.
