  • "Lodge and location were as described and very clean and comfy."

Not much information provided on the park which would be helpful. Limited park facilities however as not much information in description there were no expectations of any particular facilities. Lodge was in a great location and welcome gifts were a lovely addition. Would recommend and would return in future. Customer service staff were excellent in helping when one of the party was unable to travel and gave confidence and reassurance for the rest of the party being able to go ahead with the holiday.

Thank you for your feedback, it is great to hear of how much you enjoyed your stay. We shall certainly take on your comments and look into this further. It would be our pleasure to welcome you back for another wonderful stay. Property Owner
