  • "Lovely cabin perfect location by the lake, fully equipped with everything we needed."

Spacious yet cosy. Hot tub was lovely and warm on arrival and stayed warm all holiday. Only change would be to have a small mirror added into the bedroom for ease of everyone getting ready

Thank you for your feedback, we are so pleased to hear of how much you enjoyed your stay. Noting your comment about adding mirrors to the bedrooms, the owner has confirm they will be fitted at the end of November. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. • "Really enjoyed our stay at footprints."

The lodge is beautifully kept. There is everything you need for a great holiday. All sofas chairs and beds were very clean. (The main bed was a little to hard for us). My children loved the fact that they could take themselves down to the lake for a swim and we had the added bonus of being able to see them from the lodge whilst enjoying the decking. We had a couple of days where the bi fold doors would stick and where hard to open and close. All in all we had a wonderful break and would love to go back.

Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted to hear of how much you enjoyed your stay in Footprints by the Lake and the surrounding area. The lake is lovely to swim in on a very warm day and the views are not to be missed. It would be our pleasure to welcome you back. Property Owner

  • "Lodge 5 footprints by the lake."

Lovely comfortable lodge.however not quite the direct view of lake we had thought from the pictures.main negatives though we’re lack of air conditioning (was stifling hot not ideal for 15 month old) and business of the holiday park.latter was most offputting favour.lodge was next to main thoroughfare and because in front of marina had no privacy at all.also other lodges were very noisy often until 1am!and as so hot in lodge had all windows open.park was very busy and crammed together.on first night we got delayed for our dinner reservation as a lorry was trying to reverse down with a cabin on its trailer!at 5pm!!not ideal timing for a Friday afternoon.was cue of cars waiting to get past it in either direction was an absolute mare with a hungry baby in a very hot car.we did enjoy but eoujj ok don’t visit again

Thank you for your feedback and we are pleased to hear you enjoyed your time in Footprints by the Lake Lodge. It is one of more popular lodges and it is clear to see why. Having said that, we are sorry the park operations had an impact on your stay. I'm afraid this is something outside of our control as they are a different company to ourselves and we can only send our apologies. We do hope you will return to another of our lodges. • "Accommodation lovely, clean, well maintained & very good facilitiies (freezer, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine), en suite bathroom an added bonus."

There is part view of the lake to the side. Very good access to all of the lakes via public transport only 5 minutes walk from the lodge. Only one constructive criticism is Parkdean order & pay APP needs updating but the lodge itself well worth a stay.

Thank you for your excellent review. We are so pleased to hear of how much you enjoyed Footprints by the Lake, it is one of our most popular lodges and it is clear to see why. We are sorry to hear of the problems you encountered with the app to order your food, as this is run and owned by Parkdean Resorts, it is outside of our control and we can only apologise for the inconvenience it caused. We have passed your comments across to the park management for their information. We do hope this did not impact on your stay too much and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future. • "Well what can I say to express how happy we were with our stay at Footprints by the lake?"

. We went on a friday for my husbands birthday weekend and the minute we got there we felt relaxed. We stayed in on the friday and had drinks and nibbles and just took in the true beauty of the lake, when your sat on the couch you have a great view of the water and some of the amazing boats being put in the water. The lodge itself it stunning and we were a little self aware that the carpet was a light grey and really didnt want to mark it what with raining when we got there. Personally would of picked a dark shade ha. The kitchen has everything you need, just bring your food. The tele in the double room was a little frustrating as the remote didnt seem to work and we had to switch it off at the socket as it wouldnt go off but it really is just little things. The hot tub is an amazing addition and even when it is a little windy and cool the hot tub is a great place to be to relax and watch the world go by. We had a beautiful stay at this lodge and will return in the future. Thank you for having us. It was everything we expected and more. Simply Stunning!!!!! What did you enjoy most about your stay? All of it What one experience (e.g attraction, walk, day out) would you recommend for our future guests? Don't bother going out, you having all you need there.
