  • “We were under the impression that we would get some instructions left by the owners of the property re where to put used towels etc.”

Also the WiFi was very poor. The property did have its own WiFi but we were not given the password for that.

Also the WiFi was very poor. The property did have its own WiFi but we were not given the password for that. so would have been nice to have consistent WiFi instead of intermittent. The last 3 days we had no WiFi at all. When we contacted reception we were just told that we would need to speak to the owner and we should be able to connect to the park WiFi. When we said we couldn’t we were just fobbed off.

Thank you for your comments, Mr Islam. We are sorry to hear a couple of things were not quite right for you. We can tell you that the lodge Wi-Fi is provided by the park and to log in, simply follow the log in details that appear on your device. Noting the park Wi-Fi was poor, as a booking agent to privately owned lodges we have no control over the Wi-Fi and can only apologise. That said we do advise guests in the arrival information and website that the park Wi-Fi is only good for web browsing and checking emails. We have noted your further comments and shall consider this in future – thank you. We do hope hat you otherwise had a great stay at High View and enjoyed your time in the Lakes. - Sykes owner relations
