“A minor niggle was the kitchen tap, it has not been securely fixed and moves when you turn on/off.”

A problem that Sykes could not control was noise from the flat upstairs. The first night was ok, but the last two nights the occupants were very loud and played music until 2am. The second night we made them aware and the noise did lessen.
