Firstly, there was very little information about the lodge and how the appliances worked or the central heating etc. The shower leaked in the en suite. But most importantly, when I visited reception in my wheelchair to purchase our entertainment passes I was confronted with a reception desk a mile high which, if I had been unable to stand up at all, would have presented a considerable bardier. As it is, it presents an unwelcoming face to wheelchair users. It would be very easy to provide a lower section of the desk to make it accessible for all. But overall, we loved it!
