“The lodge was stunning, everything had been thought of.”

The welcome tray was a nice addition. All in all, I would highly recommend this lodge. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners, who were easily contactable.

The property

This beautiful lodge lies in the village of Tattershall, only a short distance away from the largest lake on site, and in easy reach of leisure facilities.

Perfectly suited for families or friends, 30 Misty Bay welcomes you inside by its fully decked exterior which hosts a hot tub, and collection of furniture.

There is an open-plan living area with a dining table for four people, and two sumptuous sofas rested before a contemporary fireplace.

To the other side of the layout, discover a modernised kitchen, coated in a pale grey tone, to match the elegant feel of the cottage.

With natural light flowing in through the windows, and direct access outside, this is a refreshing place to start your day, or to settle down admiring the sky as the sun sets.

Follow the interior over to the bathroom, presented as a white suite, with a chrome effect, well-appointed for the two lovely bedrooms.

The master bedroom boasts its own shower room, whilst the neighboring bunk room benefits from a double and an overhead single.

Both are joined by a fabulous walk-in wardrobe, and there is also a sofa bed option that sleeps two additional people.

When you are not making the most of the shared swimming pool on-site, or enjoying lunch in one of the cafés or restaurants, this is a central location perfect for exploring the Lincolshire Wolds.

Especially for nature lovers, with gorgeous old historic towns and cities such as Louth, Horcastle, Skegness no more than an hour away, and the wonderful coast at a short distance.

For more outdoor pastimes, you can easily reach both the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB for walking and cycling.

A pleasant location not to be missed.
