  • "We had a lovely stay at CherryPark, the location is great for exploring all the local amenities and there is plenty of parking onsite."

The park is well maintained and very peaceful. The property is south facing, so plenty of beautiful sunshine. The outside decking is well maintained with plenty of space and seating. The bedrooms are what I expected for a small property, and as our stay was for 3 days there was plenty of space for our items. The living area is comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom room has a shower and was completely fine for our needs. I would recommend the property to family and friends for a short, and peaceful stay.

Milk and biscuits on arrival was a nice touch. The chalet had everything you needed and the beach was only a 10 min walk away and pubs, cafes and shops even less. Bus stop for Ingoldmells and Skegness was at the entrance to the park. Will definitely be booking again.

We also found the decking too hot for our dog we put loads of mats down but still very hot for her.

Thanks for your feedback, the chalet is south facing so the deck area is very hot, we do leave a mat to put down for animals as the sun is on it all day . The bed is against the wall to utilise storage space for belongings Property Owner

The change to the second bedroom from bunks to single divans was a very welcome change as we were three adults. The owners are very considerate to parties that include dogs as they provide throws for the furniture and a rug for the veranda in hot weather. In all a very enjoyable stay.

Thanks for your feedback the photos are being updated at the moment and we are constantly updating to cater for our varied clientele. Thanks again Property Owner

. we couldn’t get onto the Wi-Fi but not sure if that was just us being thick!! The beds were sooo comfortable but I’m afraid the sofa wasn’t.. I suffer with arthritis in my knees and my husband had had a stroke 6 weeks earlier and we both found it too low and too low at the back but it wouldn’t put us off using this chalet again.. everything is there that you would need for a lovely quiet holiday and the milk and biscuits when we arrived was a lovely thought

  • "We had a lovely week long stay over the Easter holidays (2 adults, 2 kids age 13 and 7)."

The property is just the right size for a small family with everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is a good size for a small property and the bathroom facilities are great for a holiday home. A bonus that both bedding and towels are provided and the washing machine in the bathroom is very handy when you have kids (just note it's not a washer/dryer but there is a washing line in the back). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need including plastic children's plates etc, chopping boards, oven trays, pots & pans etc. There was coffee, tea & sugar also which we didn't use as we always bring our own just in case, but a nice addition. (The owners also left milk and biscuits which was another welcome bonus!) The sofa bed was a big hit with our 7 year old and he chose to sleep there instead of the bunk beds! It's easy to get out and put away and quite comfy for a sofa bed. The weather was good while we were there with only one night being cold enough to need the heaters but the portable radiator provided was enough to heat the whole property fairly quickly. The outside seating area is lovely and the site itself is very nice and well looked after and in close proximity to plenty of shops, restaurants, arcades and activities. I was suprised by how quiet it was considering how close it is to a club and pubs, although you can hear some noise from the street at night while outside it doesn't bother you indoors. Overall we were really pleased with the property and would definitely come again.

We loved it! Me and my partner went with our 2 patterdales who loved that they left blankets for comfort and Bowels. There was biscuits and milk when we got there so I was really happy after 2 hour drive. We didn’t have any faults at all and gutted we can’t go back as bookings are full for when we wanted! But we will be going back for sure! Quiet little place, perfect for us and our dogs.
