This rustic cottage with comfortable living space makes the Coach House a perfect stay for a small group in the beautiful countryside.

Walk through the original Coach House arched doorway and enter into a little hallway that leads to a comfortable, cosy snug, with an armchair and a selection of books.

On the same floor is a spacious bathroom which is home to both a bath and walk-in shower.

Go up some stylish stairs and this will lead you up to a rustic open plan living area, complete with warming, dark furnishings and light decor.

The seating placed in front of the TV make a fantastic chilling spot for the evenings after a long day exploring the area.

On the same floor will find you a double bedroom which has beautiful views across the countryside.

To the outside of the cottage is a delightful enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture including wooden bench, table and chairs. Swineshead is just 2 miles away, a traditional village with all of your amenities.

The bustling beautiful town of Boston is just 7 miles away and also has some must-see buildings and must-do activities.

An ancient village near the east coast of England in Lincolnshire, Swineshead is only small but is home to the Grade I listed St Mary’s Church and other Grade II listed historical buildings with some dating back as early as the 1100's that have some fascinating stories behind them. One of the village pubs The Wheatsheaf is a Grade II listed 18th century building which is definitely an excuse to go and have a drink!. Swineshead also has a village store, farm shop and hobby shop amongst others and nearby Swineshead Bridge has a railway station on the Nottingham-Skegness line. Around 7 miles North East is the bustling town of Boston offering so much in terms of activities and facilities including a West End cinema and the River Witham running through the centre. The beautiful town of Sleaford is also just a short drive away as is RAF Coningsby, home to The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and Woodhall Spa offering golf courses, an outdoor swimming pool and historic Kinema in the Woods. The cathedral city of Lincoln and Skegness and historic Burghley and Belton Houses and Tattershall and Belvior Castles are all less than an hour’s drive.
