  • "What an oasis of a garden."

A really lovely spot to sit and relax. The hosts have done the garden proud with lots of wild birds visiting the pond. As the bungalow is well maintained and stocked with everything you would need and she has taken into account P.P.I. (investment in people) Good luck to them in the future. The owners are friendly, informative but not intrusive. The weather could have been better for us but that is what it is. The surrounding area more than made up for it. All in all the holiday was enjoyable and found the location home from home which is what we need at our age (70's). Thank you to the hosts.

  • "The property is in a good location to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds."

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. They had a good local knowledge and made helpful suggestions regarding places nearby to visit. Sadly with covid some of the attractions we wanted to visit were not open, but we still found plenty to do. The cottage is comfortable and cosy, especially once you get the log burner going, which we did each night of our stay and we were toasty. The wet room has a fabulous rain shower. The owners garden is lovely but the weather did not allow us to appreciate it. Very peaceful location.

The beds were really comfortable & the wet room was ideal for our needs. The soft seating was slightly low for us but that’s our fault as we have creeky legs. The location of the property is ideal for those who want tranquility but is however, within easy reach of Skegness & Mablethorpe if you want more excitement. Would consider returning.
