  • "We really enjoyed our stay at Garden Cottage."

It is a very cosy and comfortable cottage in a beautiful garden setting. Our hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. They supplied us with copious amounts of firewood for the wood burner and assisted us with all the usual things like waste bins and the use of the automatic gate on the driveway. Although we stayed in January when the weather was rather inclement, it was a very relaxing holiday and there was plenty to see and do in this part of Lincolnshire. We will definitely consider coming again.

  • "Lovely setting in a large garden."

Very comfortable accommodation with all appliances needed for a weeks stay. Jeff and Marian were very helpful without being intrusive. Our only concern was in the wet room, as I have slightly limited mobility I would have liked a couple of hand holds in the shower although the floor was non slip, I would have felt more confidence with something to “hang on too”. Another shelf, or some sort small storage in sink area would be helpful. David & Pamela June 23

  • "The cottage was very nice ,very clean the bed was quite comfortable, but the weather was absolutely red hot & so was the cottage ,but this was not the owners fault however the use of a fan would have been helpful, but appreciate not everything can be supplied we only used this as a base as we were out very early everyday, the wet room was also quite difficult to clean after a shower as we found the scraper supplied not really helpful at getting rid of the surplus water afterwards but apart from that we had a lovely holiday so thank you ☺️."

A really lovely spot to sit and relax. The hosts have done the garden proud with lots of wild birds visiting the pond. As the bungalow is well maintained and stocked with everything you would need and she has taken into account P.P.I. (investment in people) Good luck to them in the future. The owners are friendly, informative but not intrusive. The weather could have been better for us but that is what it is. The surrounding area more than made up for it. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. They had a good local knowledge and made helpful suggestions regarding places nearby to visit. Sadly with covid some of the attractions we wanted to visit were not open, but we still found plenty to do. The cottage is comfortable and cosy, especially once you get the log burner going, which we did each night of our stay and we were toasty. The wet room has a fabulous rain shower. The owners garden is lovely but the weather did not allow us to appreciate it. Very peaceful location.
