"Absolutely stunning lodge."
So clean, well maintained and felt cosy from the time we walked in. Lovely little welcome basket on arrival and a little welcome treat for our dog! Sarah's communication was first class all the way through as well as Sykes Cottages. Great Easter weekend break with the family.

The lodge has a wonderful homely feel. You really feel special when staying there. There is everything you need to make your stay perfect. Sarah is always on hand to help with anything and the addition of the log burner is perfect. Its now become one of our regular places to stay.

Very enjoyable stay. Only issue was with Internet not working in main bedroom. Could do with the lodge number on the end as we arrived in the dark and it was only looking back from the next sign we spotted the name. Many regards

"The lodge was beautifully presented and with everything we needed for a quiet break away."
It is spacious and comfortable, and in fantastic condition, with so many nice touches such as a basket of treats on arrival. The whole look and feel to the lodge was perfect, and the heating was easy to control to ensure a comfortable temperature for us all. Communication with the lodge owner and the information provided was great throughout and we were made to feel very welcome during our stay and also in communications afterwards. We would happily come back to stay again. The setting itself was fantastic within the woods with some great trails to walk on and some great on site facilities included, plus it is only a very short drive into town. We would highly recommend thiis propery

"Home from home lodge in the woodland , recently refurbished and had everything you could need and more."
The welcome packs for the humans and dog were an added extra, making a lovely start to the holiday. The large tv and large comfy settees made chilling out very easy . The only minor problem was the internet speed , but we managed and will certainly be looking at returning .

The lodge was immaculate. It smelt gorgeous. The welcome baskets were great, especially the one for scooby, such a great idea. Our daughter luna loved the trees and wildlife. I don't have anything negative to say! Just stunning. We have booked to go back x

"Leafy Hollow is a beautiful lodge that offers comfort, peace and quiet."
The lodge offers attention to detail inside and feels like you are being spoilt. The location is stunning and ideal for exploring the great outdoors. The hotel on the site offers spa treatments and bookable kid’s activities which was also fab to keep a child happy in between the exploring the area. We will certainly be back, thank you so much

What a beautiful natural surrounding, with sounds of nature on your doorstep. The lodge itself was spacious and very clean inside, with lots of space for my family of 6 and our dog max. The look inside and outside of the lodge was gorgeous. Our visits to Skegness beach and theme parks were great. With a Morrison’s we’re we did all our shopping a short drive in the car away. Also the visit to the zoo was great the kids loved it . I would highly recommend because we will surely be booking again

"Our family of 6 plus our little dog spent a lovely week at the lodge."
It was fully equipped with everything you could want. Exceptionally clean and recently renovated to a high spec. Very comfy beds and spotless throughout. Very relaxing week in nature and quiet surroundings. We visited Louth and especially loved the cheese shop and Baci ice cream. We had lovely days on the beach at Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes where our dog loved the beach. Smart tvs and wifi went down well with our children and they all loved the local area. "WOW, this place is superb, immaculately clean and super comfortable."
The owners have clearly spent a lot of time and effort in ensuring this cabin is as welcoming as it can be. Its very spacious with plenty of seating to relax in. All mod cons are available including to large TV's, WIFI and a complete kitchen. We went in January so made full use of the cleverly installed heating system which made the plus really snug during the cold winter evenings. Myself and the whole family cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The property
Nestled in the Lincolnshire Wolds on the outskirts of the charming town of Louth is 41 Kenwick Woods.
This wonderful, dog-friendly lodge benefits from off-road parking for three cars, a tranquil setting in an AONB and the woods and a homely interior welcoming six guests and their beloved canine companion.
After exploring the surrounding area, cross the threshold to unwind in the open-plan living space on the plush sofa in front of the Smart TV while the designated chef of the group gets acquainted with the fully-equipped kitchen.
Tuck in together at the dining table for stepping outside to enjoy evening drinks on the wrap-around decking while taking in the tranquil surroundings of Kenwick Woods.
When the sky darkens, head inside to wash off the day’s adventures in the sleek shower room before choosing from three well-appointed bedrooms where you can get some much needed rest ahead of another fun-filled day in Lincolnshire; there is a king-size with en-suite shower room, double and a twin, as well as the option to curl up on the sofa, with a cozy log burner to keep warm.

The beautiful historic market town of Louth is the capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The town offers Georgian streets with Grade II listed buildings, St James Church, a theatre, art deco cinema, museum, golf course, modern leisure centre complex, excellent shopping, including weekly market days and a vast assortment of eateries catering for all tastes. Nearby is Cadwell Park, which plays host to car, bike and kart racing. The Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty features gentle rolling hills, quaint villages and superb cycling and walking routes. Just a short drive takes you to the coastal resorts of Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea, plus Theddlethorpe Nature Reserve has miles of golden sandy beaches and amazing birdlife.
