The Old Farm Cottage has been lovingly restored and sits two miles from the attractive market town of Louth, on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB.

With homely, single-storey accommodation for three guests, this is a fine spot for a fun-packed family break.

Prepare and enjoy each mealtime in the fully equipped kitchen/diner, and just off of it sits a convenient cloakroom.

The bedroom is a beautiful and peaceful spot to catch your rest; with a double, the room also benefits from a lavish en-suite shower room with a double walk-in shower.

Put your feet up and relax in the sitting room, perfect spot to curl up with your loved ones at the end of the day; there is also a fold fold up single bed.

Enjoy access to the owners lovely, large garden with a selection of sports sets to make the most of in the summer.

Louth is a short journey away, a stunning market town with a wealth of amenities and some wonderful listed buildings.

Outdoor enthusiasts can head into the Lincolnshire Wolds for fascinating villages, breath-taking scenery and a myriad of paths and trails waiting to be explored.

The famous motor racing circuit Cadwell Park is only 5 miles from Louth, and makes The Old Farm Cottage a perfect base for those motor enthusiasts.

The stunning coastline is also easily accessible Mablethorpe promises a memorable visit with its gleaming beach and amusement arcades.

The beautiful historic market town of Louth is the capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
