"Not as described on the listing"
As you were my first family in the property, all the beds, mattresses, bedding were completely brand new. The kitchen plus white goods, oven and all electrical goods, completely brand new. So I am at a loss as to what was not comfortable? As for cleanliness, the same as it was all brand new. Your children damaged my property, furnishings, cut my carpet, whilst not being watched by yourself. I imagine this is why you have rated it so poorly? However you stated you had a pleasant stay! Again, I am sorry to see you have left such a negative response, after I accommodated your house move with free garage storage for you also. Property Owner
