Beds were comfy, water was always piping hot, and the pool and associated facilities on site were really good. It was ideally situated, overlooking the golf course. It was also really quiet, so we slept very well. One or two small niggles- the connector for the speaker system was missing, so we ended up purchasing one and leaving it in the lodge. We were very surprised that there was no teapot or kettle, though it seems from comments in the guest book that there had been a kettle in August. Other guests appear to have had wine and chocolates left for them, but we didn't get these. But it was a really good stay, and we would certainly recommend the property.
