The beds were super comfy, and the garden was great for the dog (fully enclosed) with a dog waste bin provided too. Enough room for a relatively large crate in the lounge if you use one. Lovely welcome pack on arrival and the owners were friendly, but also left us to it unless we needed anything. Never felt any intrusion of privacy despite being set behind their house. Long Sutton is a lovely small town and we had trips to Norfolk beaches easily enough. Local Spar well stocked, and Maguire's pie and mash/ roast take aways were just what we needed after a day on the beach.

It underpromised and over delivered for us. The garden was a gem, both for us to sit out in and relax on the recliners, and our 2 dogs who loved exploring the borders of this well established, fenced garden. The owner's dog was lovely, and didn't deserve our 2 barking at him! The owners were friendly and helpful. Good location to visit Sandringham (about 30 mins away) and Hunstanton (about 40 mins away). Would recommend and return :)

Owners made us feel very welcome and were not round ever five minutes, this made it feel like home from home. The Barn is very well equipped and if you think you have forgotten something, it will probably be there. With knowing the area very well as we use to life in the next village (Sutton Bridge), this was the perfect base for us to catch up with family and friends. The Barn is split over two floors, with nice medium sized kitchen-diner, lounge and handy toilet on the ground floor. Two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Off road parking and use of the garden is another bonus with good outside lighting. Free Wi-Fi and fast internet connection would be great for any modern family staying here. Not far away from a shop with free cash machine and Long Sutton village centre, all within easy walking distance. There is lovely public house about 100 yards away. One thing that is for sure, is that we will be staying here again.
