  • "Absolutely beautiful house and wonderful hosts!"

Usually it’s very hard to find a place to fit 16 adults and 3 dogs and a baby but there were times where we couldn’t even find each other in the house it’s that big! Teulons hall really ticks every box, the bedrooms are lovely, the kitchens are really well equipped the grounds are well maintained If you’re thinking of booking, do it, you won’t regret it! Thank you David and Ruth for all your help whilst staying and before

  • "Absolutely brilliant week."

Ruth and David could not have done more to make it a such very special week for all of our family. Ranging from 1 year olds to 70 year olds every body had an amazing time. Best 60th birthday week we could have wished for for the best Grandma in the world. So we would highly recommend Skendleby Hall. Take the plunge and book it and you will be blown away with an incredible stay.

Thank you for your lovely review. You were the perfect guests and we are really delighted that your long planned party went so well. Best wishes Ruth and David Property Owner

On arrival we were told the sauna was not working then after the 1st night the hot tub packed in. We could not get karaoke to work Apart from these all the party really enjoyed the house and the gardens.

Teulons Hall is a grand Grade II listed country house situated in fabulous grounds, four miles from the market town of Spilsby.

Within reach of Horncastle and Skegness in the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

This wonderful mansion is an ideal base for families and friends wishing to celebrate a special birthday, anniversary or reunion.

Boasting far reaching countryside views and dating back to the mid 18th century, this beautiful house was designed by the architect S S Teulon to be used as the county residence for the Gainsford family.

Further additions were made in the 19th century including the clock tower and today the property offers a mix of modern and traditional furnishings throughout.

Once you arrive your breath will be taken away by the grandness of this superb holiday home with something for everyone inside.

There are not one, but two kitchens available, each with their own seating for 8 people, including one with a double oven where you can cook a celebration meal or the Sunday roast, before enjoying this in the dining room.

There are a number of leisure rooms to retreat to, whether this be after enjoying an evening meal, before you set off to see the delights of the local area or even on a rainy day; there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained.

For some peace and quiet you can relax in the library, with card table, or why not retreat to the music room to play the piano, or the 31ft drawing room with Masonic coving, wood panelling and period fireplace?

Older children will love the sitting room with 50'' TV and karaoke player, whilst younger children will enjoy the play room.

It this wasn’t enough there’s a games room with air hockey and table football, a billiards room with full size snooker table and a room with a table tennis table.

In addition to all of this there’s the luxury of a leisure room where you can let all of your cares drift away in the hot tub or relax in the sauna.

There are thirteen bedrooms at this quality holiday home, most with en-suites, including a master super king-size double bedroom, four king-size double bedrooms and three rooms situated within the clock tower.

On sunny days venture out into the garden, where you can light the barbecue and dine alfresco, explore the woodlands or partake in a friendly game of 5-a-side football.

There’s plenty to see and do nearby, including exploring the local town of Spilsby with its pubs and independent shops, Horncastle with its antique centres, and the seaside resort of Skegness.

Other attractions in the area are excellent golf courses, Market Rasen with racecourse meetings and National Trust properties.

Also within driving distance is the historic city of Lincoln, or just simply explore the beauty of the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB which is on your doorstep.
