As the evening rolls in, it welcomes two peaceful bedrooms upstairs, served by the family bathroom.

Outside, you can sit with your glass of wine on a warm evening, with the small courtyard to the rear housing a patio and outdoor furniture to sit on.

You are very close to the shop, pub and other amenities of the village, as well as being just two minutes away from the only eight-sailed working windmill in the world, Heckington Windmill, recently renovated with Lottery Funding, it grinds its own flour which is used in the lovely tea room on site, with the opportunity to have a guided tour of the mill, this historic machinery provides a great day out!

Being just a short stroll away from the station, this cottage gives you access to the wider region including Boston, Lincoln, Peterborough and Sleaford.
