    “Fantastic place.”

Quiet, well equipped and owners are a lovely couple who live further down the driveway. Lots of wildlife (watch out for the pheasants who have never heard of the highway code!), rabbits and even a deer. Good fish & chip shop in Spilsby 4 miles away.
