So much care and attention has clearly gone into every element of the barn and the experience. We cannot wait to come back.
"This is the most beautiful property we have ever stayed in."
Decorated to a very high standard and simply perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome basket a delight. We enjoyed using the garden and watching the birds come and go. The area has many wonderful places to visit and we also just enjoyed walking out each day on a new route. Hope to return.

"Absolutely stunning holiday home."

"A wonderful cottage with everything you need for a perfect holiday."
The lovely welcome pack and flowers were much appreciated. Jo and Graham were perfect hosts, we will definitely be recommending to friends and family.
"Fair Lea Barn is an absolutely beautiful, excellently equipped converted barn to spend a week."
We were 7 adults and loved the spaciousness of Fair Lea Barn both inside and out. Everything was quality from the generous Welcome Box, together with beautiful flowers that lasted the whole week, to the quality furniture and fittings. The spiral staircase is perhaps a bit of a problem having to manoeuvre cases through the gap. Another toilet on the ground floor would be very, very useful as once downstairs 7 using one bathroom including toilet and shower facilities had to be carefully negotiated at times. Nevertheless we wouldn’t hesitate in returning to this beautiful accommodation so close to Lincoln and would definitely recommend it to others.
"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fair Lea Barn."
House was spacious with everything you could possibly need. Owners were very helpful and had provided a lovely welcome pack and flowers. One small point might be that the spiral staircase might be awkward for anyone with mobility problems. Property was located a short drive from the city of Lincoln - we used the Park and Ride facility which took us to the town centre.

"The home is stunning - the images do not do it justice."
The lounge was very comfortable, an ideal place to relax on your own or with friends/family. Everything needed for a week's stay was provided. The garden is enclosed and private, the terrace ideal for dining and BBQs. We received a lovely welcome hamper from the owners with flowers , milk, tea, coffee, biscuits etc - it was such a lovely touch which made us feel so welcome.
"We had a fabulous break at Fair Lea Barn."
Very spacious and comfortable. The outside space was perfect for the hot weather we experienced. The kitchen was very well appointed and the welcome produce was a lovely treat. The owners were really friendly and very responsive to any queireis we had. Would just say that access to the upstairs room is via a narrow spiral staircase. It was fine for us but could be a bit tricky for those not too safe on their feet.
"The barn and gardens are beautiful and had everything we could want."
The children loved watching the rabbits and the squirrels in the garden and it was magical when lit up at night. You felt completely private and in the countryside but only a few miles form Lincoln. The welcome pack, information and support from Jo was great. Would love to come back as loved the bard and the area
"A wonderful well equipped and comfortable property."
