They contacted us before our trip and on our way, to ask if there was anything we needed or if we were celebrating a special occasion and to have a safe journey, this was very thoughtful. House beautifully decorated and tasteful Christmas decorations. Heating on and log burner ready to go. Superb quality linen, towels and all furnishings and fittings. Family loved the spotless jacuzzi and lovely touch to have a selection of flip flops for use. We’ve stayed in a lot of cottages and this is definitely joint top! Thank you

  • "Green marsh farm is a 5* cottage and is outstanding in every aspect."

The owners have gone above and beyond in making this a fantastic holiday cottage and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this anyone looking at booking it. We have enjoyed many holiday cottages over the years, but this is one of the best we have ever stayed in. It’s decorated to an extremely high standard with every single detail carefully thought about by the owners to ensure holiday makers have everything they need. The property is immaculate and the standard of cleanliness is outstanding, the furniture and decor amazing and super comfy beds with beautiful crisp white bedding. Our dog enjoyed the safe and secure rear garden whilst we enjoyed relaxing in the fabulous hot tub. I have to say we were also impressed by the surrounding areas, we had fabulous walks along the estuary, which was practically on the doorstep of the property. We visited some fabulous beaches and nature reserves and had wished we had longer than a week to continue to explore. Although we did not meet the owners in person, they were extremely helpful and kind, they even spent time putting together one of the best welcome packs we have ever seen for both the humans and their four legged friend. Thank you so very much for letting us stay in your amazing and beautiful property. See you next year (or maybe sooner).

It certainly had the wow on entry. Great size for 6 plus pooch, plenty space. Owners knew the trip was for a special birthday so appreciated the dec's & treats. The cottage was lovely and peaceful but within walking distance to local shops and pubs. However The Stags Head at Lelley was our fave, recommended to us by the owners as dog friendly. Food was amazing! We made full use of the hot tub & spending time with our family. Beds were super comfy! Highly recommend & wouldn't hesitate to return.

  • "Yself and 6 of my friends had been struggling to find somewhere as accommodating to stay for weeks if not longer, and we finally managed to find this gem and we're so very happy with our stay."

Before we arrived, the owners asked if it it was for any special occasion, and because it was they had left us a basket of essentials including a bottle of prosecco and some local beers, alongside all the essentials like milk and tea and coffee which was not necessary to enjoy the stay, but definitely helped. When we arrived, we were greeted by the caretaker who showed us around and when he saw who had arrived, swapped the prosecco out for a crate of beer which again wasn't necessary, but really showed the care and attention to detail that the owners want to provide and offer to those staying. The house itself was even better than what we had imagined! Very comfy and spacious beds, big rooms with plenty of amenities to suit your needs and despite not touching the heating, the house constantly felt cosy. However, despite that, we did put the heating on one night which was made even easier with the log burning stove as the owners had thoughtfully already set up the fire to be lit for us. Despite the gorgeous location the house is situated in, we did stay in the house some days which was very appealing as the TV had a lot of streaming services like Netflix already signed in so even if you don't have your own, you'd be able to enjoy the services. The hot tub was definitely one of the highlights, plenty of room even with 5 people, and when it's dark, and you have the outside lights off, and the hot tub lights on, it's magical. Being able to look up at the night sky, seeing all the stars with no outside light to obstruct your view was amazing. Overall, the stay we had was amazing and would not have a complaint or change anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will hopefully come back again in the future! We would all very highly recommend this holiday location for various occasions!
