The property

Only a short stroll from the sea, this impressive cottage brings you the best of the Lincolnshire coast, including lovely sandy beaches and leisurely days out.

The peaceful location is perfect for a trip to relax and unwind, for a walking adventure or a trip with the family.

It is only a short distance from the beach and central attractions.

The interior of the property comprises of a cosy lounge with an electric fire and two leather sofas, where you can relax and appreciate all that this home-away-from-home has to offer.

Close by lies a well-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to go about your day in style, including a small breakfast table.

The family bathroom is an excellent addition to the cottage, a classic modern suite with a bath and overhead shower, so you can get ready ahead of a fun-filled journey or unwind before bedtime.

Furthermore, Sandliands offers its famous Links Golf Course which is available to all holidaymakers.

Only a few miles down the coast is the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, which plays host to a wide range of family-friendly attractions.

Mablethorpe is a small seaside town on the Lincolnshire coast. The town boasts a sandy beach and sand dunes where you can wander and enjoy the sea air. Mablethorpe has a small selection of high street stores and a range of independent shops, bars and restaurants. The town is home to the Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary where you can meet the seals along with an array of other friendly animals. A few miles down the coast is the traditional seaside resort of Skegness which plays host to a wide range of family-friendly attractions. Alternatively, head inland to the town of Louth with its Georgian streets with Grade II listed buildings, St James Church, a theatre, art deco cinema, museum, golf course, modern leisure centre complex and excellent shopping, including weekly market days and a vast assortment of eateries catering for all tastes.
