  • "We stayed in the Attic House for Christmas 2021 and found it to be the perfect getaway."

Immaculately clean, very well presented, warm and very cosy. The apartment had everything we needed and the owners Malcolm & Julie had decorated it for Christmas for us. The Attic House is ideally situated in the village with just a 2 minute walk to the shops, pubs and takeaways. A 20 minute drive to the city of Lincoln and a 35 minute drive to the beautiful sandy coastline. A tv for the bedroom would make this accommodation perfect, but we took our own as we knew there wasn't one. Highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of booking it

  • "An immaculately clean and fully modernised first floor flat."

I found the access staircase to the apartment rather steep as I've had issues with my back in the past, and I bumped my head on the sloping roof of the bathroom on the first day, so a warning in the left hand corner of that room would be useful. My husband, however, had no problem at all! Overall, the flat was lovely, especially the sunny kitchen which was spacious with a pleasant view, and the large bedroom with a very comfortable bed! The only thing missing was a full length mirror as normally I don't go out without checking my appearance first. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

  • "Accommodation just as on the website."

Lovely and clean. Good location for getting out and about. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

  • "The apartment was well presented, very spacious and well equipped."

It is also in a good location with parking right outside or in the square opposite. However, the layout is a bit odd with the bathroom accessible through the living room, not adjacent to the bedroom. Also, the floor levels are different in every room which could be an issue for some along with some constraints on headroom. Overall a very good place to stay and we enjoyed our time there.

  • "The attic house was as described, it was immaculately clean with all enjoyed our stay there."

The only suggestion I would make would be that the bedroomIt’s definitely big enough for a bigger bed which I felt it actually needed. We left a night early purely because of the early checkout which we understand is due to Covid, I Would definitely recommend this accommodation

  • "The town of Wragby was quite nice to stay in with good pubs."

Lots of good walking opportunities near by and also the village of Tealby which was a delight. The Attic was was extremely clean and well furnished with a surprisingly large amount of space, all this made for an excellent sort break

  • "A late book by us, so not the type of property that we would normally take a break at."

The flat is spacious, generally well appointed and imaginatively designed. Everything that you need for a short break. One useful addition would be a large mirror in the bedroom. The only main downside for us were the check in and out times.

  • "The cottage was immaculately clean and, at least as good as described."

It's just a stone's throw from the town centre where there's a co-op and various takeaways. One small drawback; it's above a hairdresser. So there's a bit of noise from there during the day.

  • "We had an excellent holiday."

Wragby offered more opportunities for eating out or getting takeaway meals than we expected. The ceilings in the flat were a little low for my partner but he is 6 feet 2 inches. We did know that before we went. The Adam and Eve pub restaurant has opened in 2020 and the food and service was good. Fish and Chip, pizza takeaways were very good. There are lots of walks nearby. The flat was very stylish and comfortable

  • "Really enjoyed our stay here."

Had everything we needed, was lovely and clean and ready for when we arrived. Was easy to find and very spacious. Only let down was the bed, it wasn’t very comfortable for the full week but maybe a few nights would of been bareable. Also the dates we went (late August) meant was peak harvest time so every hours of the night large tractors and machinery would come past which meant we had to have windows closed and there was no fan so was really stuffy. Overall enjoyed our stay but left a night early as didn’t see the point in staying as we were effectively only waiting till 9 am to depart. Would stay here again providing bed was more comfortable and a little bit bigger.

  • "Had a lovely week away staying in the Attic House in Wragby."

The apartment is very well decorated and looks better than the pictures. All the utensils in the kitchen made it easy to cook for ourselves during the week. The location of the apartment is great. Walking distance to a local pub, co-op and some takeaways. Due to COVID a few places were shut around the area, but we still used the apartment as a base to visit the beach and go for some nice walks. Would highly recommend the Attic House - easy check in, parking outside and clean, spacious apartment.

  • "We loved the location."

If you wanted a rest from driving, you could get to most places by bus,and you don't need to travel for food -eat in or out. Dishwasher would have been nice - but doesn't really pose a problem when there are only two of you.

  • "The Attic house was beautifully presented."

One thing that would have made the stay more comfortable, would be larger towels, it was quite interesting drying yourself with only one small towel and hoping it would fry by the next day! The lighting is incredibly bright!
