Newcastle Emlyn 4.5 miles.

A charming semi-detached cottage, full of character, in the small friendly village of Aberbanc, just 4.5 miles from Newcastle Emlyn.

You will step straight into the delightful sitting room with its original quarry tile flooring, open beams and original Chattan open fire range, which warms the whole cottage on cooler evenings, and makes this a cosy and welcoming room for the family to relax in.

A well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a shower room complete the ground floor accommodation.

This charming Newcastle Emlyn cottage retains its original narrow, steep cottage stairs, which lead you to the two lovely bedrooms, both with open beams and sloping ceilings.

An altogether quirky and most comfortable Newcastle Emlyn cottage for a great holiday all year round.

Catch glimpses of an array of birdlife while you sit and relax and maybe spot some red kites nesting.

The countryside beckons you for leisurely walks or cycle rides, or perhaps venture a little further afield to explore the Preseli Hills, the ancient burial sites and castles, the beautiful Cardiganshire and Pembrokeshire coastline or maybe enjoy a spot of shopping in the market town of Newcastle Emlyn.
