The property is a short distance from the village of Aberangell and 5 minutes' drive from the A470, which provides easy access to the surrounding countryside and to north and south Wales. It is about 10 miles to the coast. The cottage is approached via a tarmac track next to the river Angell. Aberdovey, about 20 miles away, makes an enjoyable day out and from there you can access the All Wales Coast Path.
