Within the classic kitchen a woodburning stove provides a wealth of warmth as you get cooking using the essential appliances like the electric oven and hob, sit at the dining table in here atop the tiled floor while the food simmers.

Serve up your feast for a formal dinner within the dining room seating up to five people, and tuck in, with this room featuring an ornamental vintage fireplace.

For quiet evenings in after a busy day, relax in the sitting room on one of the sofas and enjoy a spot of TV, or simply enjoy each other's company with a glass of wine in hand in front of the cosy open fire.

Upstairs, find the bathroom where you can freshen up with either the bath or the shower over, as well as the basin, while the WC is separate next door.

Choose from three pleasant bedrooms to sleep in, either of the two doubles, or the single room which holds a trundle bed too, so it can be a twin on request.

Outside the property there’s a field for you to enjoy, you can watch the sheep grazing or observe the Red Kites flying overhead.

Venture into the neighbouring village of Bow Street for your amenities with a SPAR shop at hand, or dine out in the pub The Welsh Black Inn for a hearty meal.

Head to the coastal village of Borth to enjoy lovely days at the boutique cinema or the Blue Flag beach, alternatively go further south to the popular seaside resort town of Aberystwyth where you can find the University Arts Centre which is great for live theatre, art exhibitions and cinema.
