  • “We completely enjoyed our stay at Seaview House and would definitely recommend it.”

The house is absolutely beautiful, the views from all the rooms are breath-taking and the decor and facilities are to the highest standard. Everything was spotlessly clean and covid-safe. The house is perfectly situated in the middle of the village but not overlooked. Aberdovey is a lovely village, much quieter than Barmouth and perfect for getting away from it all. Thank you very much for a lovely holiday!

The property

This is an astonishing, modern contemporary four-storey house on the seafront in Aberdyfi (Aberdovey), North Wales.

It is incredibly well-furnished and boasts a lot of room, making it the perfect destination for a family and friends holiday within a stones throw of the beautiful Welsh sea.

Walk through the standout bright white door takes you into a spacious, modern open plan living area complete with a luxury kitchen, dining and sitting area.

Contemporary comfortable furniture sit in front of the bay window, presenting this picturesque view of Aberdovey Harbour, inviting you to come and sit down with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The first floor presents you with a large, rejuvenating sitting room with an even better view of the water down below.

The comfortable sofa and TV make this the perfect room to relax of an evening whilst the sun sets over the calm water.

The first floor is complete with a refreshing double bedroom, a stylish family shower room as well as a separate cloakroom.

The second floor greets you with a beautiful double bedroom, set with bay windows and a towering view of the previously mentioned breathtaking views of the calm Welsh sea.

This room has an en-suite shower room as well as the large, classy family bathroom also on this floor.

Up the carpeted stairs takes you to a converted attic-floor, containing two large family bedrooms, with relaxing, sophisticated decor giving the highest view of the surrounding area.

The greys, whites and blacks give these bedrooms a sense of calmness and continue the casual, nautical theme that runs through this property.

Just across the road in front of the property is the beautiful Harbour, and the sea so popular locally for its range of watersports.

The village of Aberdovey has an awful lot to offer the locals and holiday goers, from a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants to more original things such as a UK top 100 links golf course, crab fishing and a whole load of watersports.

Aberdovey actually sits at the very bottom of the idillic Snowdonia National park, where nearby peaks such as Cadar Idris and Aran Fawddwy are stood.

With these, it makes this part of the world interesting to just about everyone.

An amazingly designed house in a fascinated part of North Wales.
