It was nice to not have to drive far to go for some great walks or to even walk out to the hills from the doorstep. It was like a home from home to come back to after a day out exploring. We are grateful to have been able to bring our 4 legged friend. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

So comfortable, clean and well equipped. Owners friendly. We didn't need any help, but they would have been great. We had variable weather, and I was nice to get back and snuggle down. The parking is along the way, but was available all the time. We will definately return for more fun.

  • "The cottage was cosy and comfortable."

Slept well bed comfy. Bedroom needs a full mirror and mirror provided on the wall was to high and had to be taken off the wall. No mirror in 2nd bedroom. Powerful shower. Kitchen shame that shelves had not been put in corner unit as not very nice when opened it. Top shelves in kitchen to high for shorter people like me but hubby could reach. Kitchen could do with a bigger non stick pot/pan ortherwise everything you needed. We enjoyed our stay in the cottage, lovely walks from the cottage. Can walk to the railway which is a nice ride and they have a cafe. Village has no shop and nearest shop 7 miles in Tywyn which is a coop and they have a spar otherwise town abit dissapointing, had a nice seafront and we had nice walks on the beach when the tide was out with our dog. Pub in village friendly, was not serving food as just been taken over and hoping to provide in the near future, work in progress. Nice touch as there was cake, eggs, chocolate and milk there when we arrived. My hubby enjoyed the bottle of beer that was kindly given. Thank you

Owner responded within an hour on a Sunday to sort heating for us. Could be more walker friendly especially as wales is known for wet weather, but have made suggestions to owner about drying facilities for wet walking gear and boots which I am sure he will action. Amazing views and walks the rain we had made the waterfalls even more spectacular.
