The property

The family shower room lies off from this, boasting a ceramic tiled floor and a double shower cubicle.

Take the stairs to the first floor where you will be welcomed by an open plan sitting area wrapped in exposed beams.

Tywyn 7 miles; Aberdovey 11 miles; Dolgellau 12 miles.

The picturesque village of Abergynolwyn is situated in the beautiful Dysynni Valley within the Snowdonia National Park. Abergynolwyn makes a great base for a holiday and has something to offer everyone. Local attractions are numerous and include superb walking and cycling, fishing on the beautiful Tal-y-Llyn Lake and the famous Tal-y-Llyn Railway - an historic narrow-gauge steam railway with trains running from Tywyn (on the coast) to Abergynolwyn and Nant Gwernol. The line passes the delightful Dolgoch Falls and there are excellent forest walks at Nant Gwernol. Abergynolwyn has a village pub serving excellent food. All of the Cardigan Bay coastline is within easy touring distance and offers some of the finest award winning beaches in Wales. A superb base for climbing Cadair Idris.
