The property

This wonderful, coastal terraced townhouse is situated in the centre of Barmouth and is only a short walk from a superb promenade and sandy beach, being in such a central location Maxwells House is a great base for a family seaside holiday.

Arranged over three floors, this lovely townhouse offers spacious holiday accommodation which has been tastefully furnished and provides a well-quipped and well-appointed property to cater for all your needs.This wonderful cottage boasts a warm and welcoming first floor sitting room with bay window and comfy seating for everyone, with a stylish kitchen and dining area on the ground floor.

Four, individually styled bedrooms are found on the first and second floors, consisting of two king-size rooms, a twin room and a single room, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for any party and with a spacious family bathroom and two cloakrooms everyone is taken care of!

Outside, there is a rear enclosed decked seating area, where you can relax with a cold beverage after a busy day exploring this part of North Wales.

This cottage in Barmouth is in an ideal location, with a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs on the doorstep, and the fabulous sandy beaches and inland estuary making it a haven for sailing and watersports enthusiasts.

Coed y Brenin, the largest mountain bike trail centre in Wales, being only 12 miles away and further afield, explore the stunning architectural gem of Portmeirion, take a historical trip to Harlech Castle with its new visitor centre or enjoy the industrial heritage of Blaenau Ffestiniog with its steam railway, Zip World Titan, Zip Caverns or Bounce Below, an underground trampoline!
