    This ground floor apartment was perfect for us and our 2 dogs with amazing sea views. Situated just on the outskirts of Barmouth town, just a short walk to shops and restaurants and one minute to the beach. Ample parking for a couple of cars.

The property

This beautifully presented cottage is located in the wing of the owners’ home on the quieter end of the promenade, in the delightful seaside resort of Barmouth.

Set solely over the ground floor, with enviable sea views and a sandy Blue Flag beach just across the road, this wonderful Barmouth cottage provides the perfect base for families and small groups of friends to explore the glorious coast of Wales.

This Barmouth cottage offers a delightful double room and a twin bedroom.

There is also a family bathroom where you can unwind with a relaxing soak in the tub after a day spent walking.

The open plan living area offers a social area where the whole family can spend quality time together.

While the chef of the group prepares delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, gather around the dining table to discuss the day’s adventures, and plan the next from this Barmouth cottage.

Retire to the sitting area and while away the hours playing games and chatting with friends and family.

Outside this Barmouth cottage, an elevated front garden offers a superb seating area, where you can watch the sun set and admire the coastal views stretching across the beach, long into the evening in warm summer months.

On nights when you don’t fancy cooking, why not dine in the owner’s hotel next door, with its friendly bar and great food, or stroll down the road to one of the other excellent pubs that Barmouth has to offer?

Visit Dolgellau, home of Ty Siamas, the National Centre for Welsh Folk Music, or venture north and explore Harlech Castle.
