“I'd searched around a great deal to find somewhere suitable for my family (and dog) to stay to celebrate my Mum's 70th Birthday and am so glad we chose to do it at The Old Manse Despite the wet weather we had a great stay at this property.”

The house was big enough to accommodate us all, and it was good that there were two sitting rooms, so we could all spread out. The bedrooms were great and felt really plush!  We all loved the quirkiness of the place and felt that the facilities were excellent. ...

The house was big enough to accommodate us all, and it was good that there were two sitting rooms, so we could all spread out. The bedrooms were great and felt really plush!  We all loved the quirkiness of the place and felt that the facilities were excellent. I contacted the owner the week before we travelled and they answered a couple of questions I had.  They also gave me some recommendations on where to eat: The Castle Hotel and The Three Tuns.  We had a great meal at latter and were impressed with the food and service there. Overall we had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay there again.
