Hot tub and swim spa was very nice which the whole group enjoyed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the living room was great for watching movies and relaxing. The owners were very accommodating and friendly and always available to help when needed. Hopefully will visit again in the future.

Swimming pool and hot tub a winner. Plenty of pots and pans and nice to have matching crockery rather than a mismatch of odds and ends. Definitely would recommend to anyone with a large family. Shame the local pub was closed but we coped

The house felt very homely and cosy. Lots of space for everyone. The pool table, swimspa and open fire added an extra special touch to our holiday. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a holiday in Wales.

  • "We had an amazing stay."

This place is so accommodating and beautiful. We go away just before every Christmas and this was by far our favourite stay. The accommodation was decorated throughout for Christmas which was a lovely touch. The kitchen had pretty much every item you could possibly need. This place was great for our dog as there is an enclosed garden just incase they aren’t able to be off a lead freely. We will definitely be returning next year.

  • "This was an ideal place to host a hen party."

There were 13 very happy ladies that stayed here. The house is beautiful, the grounds beautiful and with the added bonus of the hot tub, the private decking area, and the friendly on site dogs - it couldn't be more perfect. The hosts were lovely and very helpful.

  • "A great house for a large family gathering, 4 double bedrooms en suite and 2 twins."

Well equipped kitchen with 2 sinks and 2 hobs for big Catering. Especially nice is the fact that there are masses of cups glasses plates etc it’s always irritating to find that often a house that sleeps 12 only has 12 of everything when you need a lot more and this house provides that. Plenty of living space plus pool table, table football and the hot tub/ pool complex . All in all a great place for a large family gathering.

  • "Everything about the house was excellent."

It really is a big and beautiful home in a lovely setting. Ray and Dawn the owners are hugely personable and a delight to meet. There are so many great things to do in and around the house including riding Dawn's horses and throwing sticks in the lake for the dogs. Just an excellent holiday house, it's a real privilege to stay in it. Hopefully we can find a date to stay next year!
