The property

This property is a very spacious converted old school house, situated in the coastal town of Pwllheli, Wales. Internally, the property has been renovated into a stylish holiday home for friends and families alike, boasting wonderful views across the town, marina, bay and mountains.

The open-plan kitchen is wonderfully appointed to the front of the apartment, with all the appliances you could need to rustle up a lovely meal for the whole family.

Gather around the dining room table for a delicious home-cooked meal, or use this space as a base or play one of the provided board games as a family.

Step through to the large sitting room, which has a range of sofas to relax on after a long day, with the TV as your entertainment and a lovely gas fire to keep you warm during those chilly winter months.

Down the hall are three bedrooms, one zip-link king-size and two twins, with a family bathroom completing the set up.

Have a relaxing soak in the tub of an evening to wash away those aches and pains of the day.

Outside has an enclosed courtyard with a picnic bench and BBQ, making for a wonderful space to sit out with a refreshing beverage.

Off-road private parking is available for several cars directly outside on the large drive.

While you're in the area, take advantage of its coastal position and visit Pwllheli beach, for golden sands, clear waters and an abundance of opportunities for watersports, swimming and keeping on top of that summer tan!

This town has a range of amenities, including pubs and restaurants for fine dining and supermarkets for collecting ingredients for some home cooking.

The local Spar is like no other! During the summer, Pwllheli has an open air market every Wednesday, with the town itself boasting a number of independent shops, boutiques, cafés and award-winning fish and chips, with traditional Welsh ice cream and seaside rock.
