This lovely semi-detached cottage is situated in the centre of the peaceful town of Tywyn on the sweep of Cardigan Bay, Gwynedd.
An absolutely ideal location for a small family or friends wishing to explore this delightful part of the country.
Although this cottage is all on the ground floor, there is actually one step into the well-equipped kitchen.
There is an attractive sitting room which has a sofa bed giving flexibility in sleeping arrangements and a woodburner if the nights should turn chilly.
In the lovely conservatory there is a dining area plus comfortable relaxing seating.
To complete the accommodation, there is a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom together with a family bathroom.
As an added luxury there is underfloor heating in the hallway and both bedrooms.
Outside this attractive cottage there are two gardens to the front and rear, with a hot tub and furniture, where you can sit and relax enjoying the stillness of the countryside.
So that your faithful friends are not left out there is a doggie shower to take all the sand from their paws when you return from the beach.
The town of Tywyn is a Victorian seaside resort with a long stretch of sandy coastline and sand dunes which you can admire when you take a walk along the promenade.
There is also a church which is home to St Cadfan’s Stone, dating back to around 800AD and is inscribed with the earliest known Welsh.
Further afield, enjoy the splendour of Snowdonia or any of the other lovely towns and villages on this coastline.
Try your hand at surfing or for a quieter day catch the train to Pwllheli.
With plenty to fill your days, you will look forward to getting home and relaxing in the hot tub whilst planning your next day’s activities.
