Builth Wells 1.5 miles.

Positioned in a countryside setting close to Builth Wells is this fantastic all ground floor barn conversion, one of two holiday cottages in the grounds of the owner's home.

The cottage provides ideal accommodation for those with limited mobility as two of the bedrooms have an en-suite wet room with grab rails.

There is also a third bedroom and a final contemporary wet room.

The heart of the home is the open plan living area which has a very comfortable seating area with a woodburning stove.

The modern kitchen is well equipped and there is a fantastic dining area to enjoy evening meals together.

Doors lead from here to the picturesque garden where stunning countryside views can be seen all around.

There are steps down to the patio which has furniture and a barbecue area where delicious alfresco meals can be prepared.

From here there are a couple more steps down to the hot tub which is perfect for relaxing in the evening after days spent walking the local routes.

You will feel completely at ease as any stresses and strains melt away while you watch the countryside and its resident wildlife.

There are superb facilities available in the nearby town of Builth Wells and you will find opportunities for walking, horse riding, mountain biking and golfing.

The Royal Welsh Showground is nearby with events held throughout the year and the Brecon Beacons National Park is well worth exploring.

With wonderful accommodation, Wye Cottage is in a fabulous spot.
